Weapons Policy

This is important, we're not kidding, read it.

There will be NO steel or metal blades allowed into Nan Desu Kan. This applies to Cosplay as well as the convention as a whole. Nan Desu Kan WILL ALLOW wooden or practice swords into the Cosplay and convention. All wooden or practice swords must be brought to Ops as soon as they come on to the hotel grounds to be peace bonded.

No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service: This is the hotel’s policy. Please wear some form of shoes.
All costumers must have a torso covering. Despite the double standard created by our society at large, in the interest of fairness to both sexes, we must insist that both genders wear appropriate torso coverings. Meaning at least a sports bra’s worth of covering on top for girls and some sort of shirt or jacket for guys. If you have questions, please ask!!!

Attendance Policies

A lot of people come to Nan Desu Kan every year. People go to have a good time and associate with people of like interests and to learn new things.

Unfortunately, with the numbers that go there are bound to be a few problems. In order to keep these problems to a minimum we have implemented a few policies. To the right you can find links to a few general policies, but throughout the site there will be more pertaining to specific events and subjects.As much of a pain it may be, the rules are necessary to keep our attendees safe and our venue happy.
