This would depend on one thing, and one thing only; are you the agent for the artist? If so, we will have areas on the entry forms for the agent’s information as well as for the artist’s information. As an acting agent, you will be acting on the artist’s behalf, and any agreement made between yourself and the artist you represent are to be made and finalized before the show. If you are indeed acting as an agent for the artist, then the answer is yes.

If you are not an agent for the artist, then the answer is no.
