Nobody under any circumstances is allowed to simply walk in and photograph art in the art show. All artwork is the sole copyright of each individual artist, and allowing general photography would infringe on certain copyright laws. We will grant exceptions to those who are both in the presence of the art staff as well as the artist with whom has given consent (or if with written consent, signed by the artist) to photograph that artist’s art.

Anyone who is caught photographing art in the art show room, without the express written or vocal consent of those whose art is photographed as well as without the knowledge and permission of the art show staff, will be escorted out of the art room and possibly away from the convention.
