- We regret to have to establish a firm rule that after September 15th, all late post-marked pre-registrations will be returned to the sender, as that’s just too late for us to be able to get the badges and organization done properly. Please send your pre-registration now while it’s cheap – and before you forget! Registration on site will be $45 for the full weekend. NDK is able to accept checks, cash, or money orders in payment.
- Please Do Not send cash through the mail as it is unsafe and we do not take responsibility for funds lost in the mail. We cannot accept credit cards; the related fees and charges would require that we raise our prices, and we hope to keep the convention as affordable as possible for our attendees. Checks and Money Orders should be made out to “Rocky Mountain Anime Association,” or “RMAA,” our parent company. It is ok to send one check for all registration forms sent together at one time.
- We do not provide refunds for Pre-Registrations in the event that you are unable to attend. However, we will allow a friend to pick up your registration materials for you or you may transfer your registration to another person. Either way, you must contact us first. Registration is membership in the current annual association event – registration is contingent on compliance with convention rules and regulations on site. Members violating state and federal laws, causing major disturbances on site, or violating other convention regulations may have their membership revoked and their permission to register for future conventions may be revoked permanently. Please plan to help us to maintain a happy, healthy and safe environment for all members of our community.
- We will work toward opening pre-reg lines a bit earlier than the announced schedule this year.
