Before you send an email, there are a few things to remember. As long as you follow these guidelines, it will help us handle your inquiry as quickly as possible.
- Make sure you are sending it to the proper person.
- Be as concise and as much to the point as possible with all the applicable details.
- Be patient for a reply. Our staff members have many things going on in their lives and are not in front of their computers 24/7. They will be getting back to you though.
With that said, fill it all in and send it off. You should receive a copy of the message in your own email so you have a record of it.
