Dealer Room

Got Cash You’re going to need it, as our Dealer Room will have plenty of things to satisfy your interests. We have vendors bringing in goods which range from anime soundtracks to japanese style clothing and everything else inbetween. NDK was one of the first to establish a bootleg-free Dealer Room, and we continue that tradition to this day.

Room Hours (subject to change)
Friday, Sept. 14th 02:30pm – 07:00pm
Saturday, Sept. 15th 09:30am – 06:00pm
Sunday, Sept. 16th 10:00am – 05:00pm

Please note:

  • Pre-registered attendees are let into the Dealer Room for the first listed half-hour
  • We recommend shopping earlier than Sunday afternoon since some of our vendors may have limited stock or may leave early

Wing/Prop Check

For your safety and the safety of your props, we will be doing a wing and prop check at the Dealer Room door. If you have a prop that is longer than 2 feet, an item which extends beyond your immediate self, or wings which extend beyond your shoulders, you will be asked to check that prop before entering the Dealer Room. This is not a comprehensive list and we do reserve the right to make judgments on the day of the convention.

Your props/wings will be held at the door for you to pick up after you are done shopping. NDK will not be responsible for lost or damaged props that have been checked in. If you are concerned about the safety of your prop, then please leave it in your hotel room or car prior to visiting the Dealer Room.

Rules/Regulations

In order to create a pleasant shopping experience, we will place a series of taped lines on the floor designating walkway limits. We ask that all shoppers stay outside of the walkway until their transaction is complete.

By entering the Dealer Room, you agree to allow an NDK staffer to stop you, ask you for your receipts, examine any bags you may have with you, and detain you if it is deemed necessary. Please be prepared to show proof of purchase – always ask for a receipt. Additionally you grant us permission to video tape and take photographs of you while in the Dealer Room. If you are caught shoplifting or helping someone to shoplift, you will lose your convention badge, be barred from all future NDK events, and the authorities will be contacted.

There is no photography allowed in the Dealer Room. If you see a costume you would like a picture of, please arrange for the photo to be taken outside of the room.

Please ensure that your con badge is visible at all times.
