2007 is done, now we start prepping for 2008

The 2007 convention is over and it was a resounding success. We would like to thank you all for making this the best Nan Desu Kan yet. Without all of you, this would never be possible. Attendees, staff, guests, dealers and artists all have a hand in making this convention the best in this region. Some even say the best in the country. So again, thank you all. Your support means a lot to us.
As I type this message, there are still staffers at the Marriott cleaning up the place, packing things away and getting the guests to their planes to go home. The rest are busy getting ready for the 2008 convention. That is a ways away though, so please have a virtual convention in the forums or even the IRC channel (irc.freenode.net in channel #NDK). Eventually there will be official pictures posted and quite possibly a few numbers for you to mull over and brag about to all of your friends who didn’t attend.
I also know a lot of artists are also wanting to get tables in Artists’ Row already in 2008. Unfortunately, the Row will be undergoing some reformatting so to speak. Because of this, there will be no communication or responses to table requests until after December 1^st this year. We will get information posted on the site as soon as things are worked out.
Until then, get some rest and keep safe. We want to see all of your smiling faces next year.
